The PCI SCEMM Purchasing Department is backed by a panel of sub-contractors, experts in their fields. This panel is regularly assessed, reviewed and optimised via a CQD (Cost, quality, delivered) grading system or Service Analysis:
- A service analysis is conducted at the end of the job or annually.
- The performance is also assessed via a quality (cost and number of non-compliances) and delivery time (number of days late) index.
These indexes are designed to class suppliers into 3 categories and have a direct impact on the Purchasing choices.
